For EU orders under €150, shipping costs depend on the respective destination country and are displayed at checkout. For orders of €150 or more, DHL Basic Europe is free of charge. Between €150 and €299.99, you can alternatively select DHL Express Europe for an additional fee. The final Express shipping price depends on the destination country and the VAT applicable to shipping costs in that country. The total final price will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed. For order values of €300 or more, DHL Express Europe is free of charge.

Pepwerk delivers within Germany as well as to other member states of the European Union.

The countries that can currently be supplied are displayed during the checkout process. Delivery outside of the available shipping area is currently not possible.

Your order will be packaged neutrally and discreetly. Each shipment includes tracking.

Upon handover of the package to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the available tracking information.

The specified delivery times are indicative. Delivery may be extended on weekends, public holidays, during high shipping volumes, or due to delays on the part of the shipping service provider.

Payment processing

Payment options

The payment options displayed during checkout are available for your order. Currently, you can pay via bank transfer. Existing shop credit can also be used during checkout.

After checkout, you will receive your order confirmation and the necessary payment information.

Transfer the full outstanding order amount, specifying the payment reference mentioned in the order.

Proof of Payment via WhatsApp

You can send us proof of payment via WhatsApp after the transfer. This allows us to verify your payment more quickly and assign it to your order.

Payment confirmation and shipping

Once your payment has been verified and assigned to the order, we will begin processing. Following handover to DHL, you will receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within three business days of payment confirmation, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.

Note on proof of payment: Providing proof of payment via WhatsApp can accelerate the verification and allocation process. Successful confirmation of payment remains the decisive factor.

Shop credit

If shop credit is assigned to your customer account, you can use it for your order at checkout. If your credit is insufficient for the full order amount, you can settle the remaining balance using another available payment method.

Orders are processed following successful payment confirmation. Bank transfers may take varying amounts of time depending on the participating bank.

Please provide the payment reference correctly. This allows us to assign your payment to your order more quickly and uniquely.

Following the electronic notification of the shipment, it may take some time before the first physical scan is visible at DHL.
