Cancellation policy
Returns – United States
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
- Return window: 14 days from the day you (or a third party named by you) take possession of the goods
- How to request a return: Send an unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw from the order to support@pepwerk.com before the 14-day period expires
- Return shipping: The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods to our address in Germany
- Restocking fee: None
- Refunds: Issued within 14 days of receiving your notification of withdrawal, via the original payment method, at no charge. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received or proof of return shipment is provided.
- Exchanges: We accept exchanges within the same 14-day period — contact us at support@pepwerk.com to arrange one

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, has taken physical possession of the goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, though its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
This does not include additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees for this refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
