Declaration of revocation

Returns – United States

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Return window: 14 days from the day you (or a third party named by you) receive the goods
  • How to request a return: Send a clear statement of your decision to return the order to support@pepwerk.com before the 14-day period expires
  • Return shipping: The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods to our address in Germany
  • Restocking fee: None
  • Refunds: Issued within 14 days of receiving your return notification, using the original payment method, at no fee. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return shipment

  • Exchanges: We accept exchanges within the same 14-day period — contact us at support@pepwerk.com to arrange one

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or post.

You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose. However, the use of this form is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

This does not apply to additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees for this refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned them. Whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for testing the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
