Orders received and paid for by 3:00 PM on business days are generally dispatched from Germany on the same business day. Within Germany, the standard delivery time is 1–2 business days; within the EU, it is 2–5 business days. Following dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email and can monitor the status through our live tracking system.
Currently, payment is made via bank transfer. Upon completion of the order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation with all payment details and your order number as the reference. Bank details are therefore transmitted only after the order is placed, not during checkout. Once payment receipt is confirmed, your order will be released for shipping, and you will receive the tracking number by email. Additional payment methods are currently being prepared.
Yes. We ship within the European Union. Shipping is from Germany; therefore, no import duties or customs formalities apply within the EU. The customer is responsible for compliance with the applicable national regulations at the place of delivery.

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Within this period, you may return unopened, originally sealed items. For sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal expires once the seal has been removed after delivery.
